Processing time: 12h to 24h.

Our stock is in France. Once your order is placed, we prepare your package and send it directly to the relay point (Mondial Relais) or by Colissimo (La Poste) according to your choice. For all orders, a tracking number will be communicated to you.

However, if you have not received your order after 2 weeks, contact us: parismilano@outlook.fr.

ATTENTION : For deliveries by Colissimo, please check that your name is on your mailbox, because we are not responsible for delivery and your package may be returned to us.

You have 7 days to collect your package from Mondial Relay and 15 days from the nearest post office after the postman has passed (notice of passage) otherwise your package risks being returned to us.
